If you would like to register your boat, yacht or other watercraft in Poland, please let us know via our point of contact or our email: mmsi.licence@gmail.com.
We will answer all your questions and provide you with all the information about Polish flag boat registration.
If you decide to work with us, we will ask you to send us information about your boat and electronic copies of the required documents.
This is the best way to prepare your boat registration application.
Once we receive all the documents, we will submit your boat registration application in the REJA24 system.
Preparing an application for boat registration
You will electronically send us information about your vessel and copies of required documents we ask you.
The most important documents are:

copy of your ID

copy of a confirmation of boat ownership (e.g. proof of purchase, invoice, purchase contract or your declaration)

photo of the engine nameplate.
Sometimes other copies of documents may also be required. This depends, for example, on the year the boat was built or whether you are registering the vessel as an individual or a company.
Some documents require a certified translation. We can organize this in Poland.
We will provide you with all the details when preparing your boat registration application.
We will not make any decisions without your approval.
We approach each case individually to avoid mistakes and obtain your Watercraft Registration Certificate as quickly as possible.
Your temporary certificate of registration
Once your boat registration application is approved in the REJA24 system, we will receive your electronic temporary registration certificate.
We will immediately email it to you.
You can use it until the final Watercraft Registration Certificate is issued.
Have you noticed that you haven't paid any costs so far?
Your final Watercraft Registration Certificate
Your final Watercraft Registration Certificate in the form of a plastic card is issued approximately 20 days after receiving your provisional certificate.
We immediately send you a scan of your Watercraft Registration Certificate.
We look forward to receiving a bank transfer from you.
After receiving the transfer, we will send you the card - your final Watercraft Registration Certificate.
This completes our work on the issue of registration of your boat.

After registering your boat under the Polish flag, you should apply for a Polish radio license and a Polish MMSI.
